Please review the proof and if you are satisfied with the

layout, please provide us with your approval by

return e-mail.   We will provide you with up to two

revised proofs if needed.   All orders are processed

once approval on the proof is given and payment

is received.   An invoice via PayPal will follow

separately after the proof is issued for your approval.
